Can I skip a lesson?
Sure, you can choose lessons according to their interests. However, I would recommend the children to pass one lesson at a time to unlock the next lesson; so that the child can understand the content that is taught. We have activities in the Playground for Children to listen to songs, read interactive books, and play other games at any time
Can I install the app on multiple devices?
Sure! And your children are able to access different profiles at the same time on different devices.

Who designed your Chinese curriculum?
Galaxy Kids Chinese was designed by an international team of language learning experts , psychologists and leading software engineers.
What is your curriculum based on?
Our curriculum is based on the HSK standard which we start from the beginner level.
HSK is for older children and YCT is for younger children.
What is the Learning Path?
The lessons are made for children to have fun while learning new vocabulary and improving Chinese pronunciation.
We update content weekly. As a premium member, you can enjoy the lessons without a limit. While the free members can enjoy up to 3 activities every day.
Learning Path is the first page you see when you open the app. It consists of lessons that teach children 1000+ words and 50 sentence structures.
The lessons are made for children to have fun while learning new vocabulary and improving Chinese pronunciation.

What is the Chat Buddy?
Our Yellow planet is the easiest level, Blue Planet is for intermediate Chinese proficiency, and find challenging conversations in our Green Planet.
Chat buddies are adorable conversation partners your child can practice daily Chinese conversations with; such as, self-introduction or ordering foods from a restaurant.
You can also select the level of difficulty according to your child’s proficiency.

What is the Speech Lab?
You can select a topic category to practice or challenge yourself with random words based on your capability.
You can see the overall assessment results after the kids finished.
Speech Lab is the place where you can check Chinese pronunciation and speaking. The system will provide feedback on fluency, correctness, and pronunciation based on your speech along with suggestions to practice on the incorrect sound.

What is the Play Room?
Every time you speak and pronounce. You will receive diamonds to exchange gifts for cartoon characters in the toy room.

How do I retrieve my username and password?
You can click on “forgot password” in the app and follow its instructions step-by-step.
How do I cancel the auto-renewal of my subscription?
To cancel a subscription, simply click on the iOS or Android payment management page for cancellation. Subscriptions are non-refundable and will remain valid until the final date of the current billing period.

I used the application and I don't like it. Can I get a refund?
If the system withdraws the money from the card within 48 hours, the money will be refunded. But the money has been deducted from the card for more than 48 hours. We reserve the right not to refund.

What are the platform requirements for using Galaxy Kids?
Galaxy Kids is available for both Apple iOS and Android. We recommend you to use the app on a tablet or iPad for the best experience.
I found bugs, my screen does not respond, or the app seems to “glitch” sometimes. What should I do?
– Check your internet connection. The Galaxy Academy needs an active internet connection to function properly.

You can go to the Parent Dashboard and select the topic.
Can I listen my my kid's
